Position Summary:

 

Supports effective operations of the Finance department by assisting with performing quality and data related activities, including abstracting, compiling & collecting data, coordinating & preparing reports for the analysis of financial outcomes and measures.    

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

 

Participates in and develops appropriate documentation to track program quality, volume, and financial metrics. Utilizes business intelligence software to extract, analyze, and interpret data in order to generate reports for data visualization. Participates in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the development of sub-groups, recording and communicating assignments, developing and circulating meeting agendas to get focused efforts on improving metric outcomes. Tracks the improvement of quality outcomes by exporting data updating dashboards in a timely manner. Monitors and assesses system performance metrics using tabular and graphical analysis tools. Reports on trends and/ or anomalies at regular intervals or as requested. Other duties as assigned

Required:

·       Associate’s degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

 

Preferred:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field.

·       Financial data processing experience
