We are currently looking for an Data Analyst (French Speaker) – System Operations Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.

The goal of this role is to support the Refinish Direct Business EMEA in France with Data insight, further Integration and Process Optimization in the Direct Business in France. We are aiming to create a more data-driven decision-making process.  

Key responsibilities:

Full Responsibility and first Contact for Data Analytics for the ERP System in useIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to track business/commercial performanceProvide Data to EMEA OrganizationCentralize and harmonize common reports as much as needed and automatically make them available to users.Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and key commercial and business performance metrics.Support the EMEA Organization in the assessment, design, implementation and roll out of the Data needed.Support to Transformation program and transition to global ERP (S4) at later stageData Preparation, cleansing and MappingChange Management

Key requirements:

Language: Mandatory to be fluent in French and English (writing and speaking)Bachelor's Degree ideally in Business Administration or similar fields3-5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or similarIdeally, knowledge of sales data and commercial analyticsSystems knowledge: Advanced level in Excel for data manipulation. It would be nice to have knowledge in Tableau or PowerBI.Skills: attention to detail, analysis, decision-making, initiative, multitasking and self-driven, collaboration with different teams internally, self-engaged and problem-solver.
