- Genesys 8.x (GVP/CIM) MUST HAVE: 
- Nuance Framework 
- Verint v11 
- Cyara 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Work on enhancement based on the business requirements. 
- Estimate enhancement and support leads in planning the work. 
- Support production issues. 
- Investigate any reported failures. 
- Identify the fix & foot cause. 
- Identify and implement process to improve the implementation of enhancements and bug fixes. 
- Liaise with external vendors in getting projects completed.
