About This Opportunity As a Data Analyst, you will have a broad set of duties related to driving operational efficiencies associated with customer and product pricing information within the InComm Financial Information Systems. You will apply strong understanding of prepaid business, a broad technical background, and exceptional communication skills to develop an atmosphere of cohesiveness and collaboration between all teams involved with the delivery of our services globally. This will include close work with both Domestic and International Retail Sales and Product Account Management teams, as well as the technical teams involved in pricing, billing, invoicing, settlement, and reconciliation services. This role is required to support enterprise data stewardship across multiple channels and platforms. Areas of focus include reviewing and learning all project and business requirements while communicating across internal and functional groups to ensure on-time and in-spec project delivery of commitments made. The position has the responsibility of supporting the Analyst II position, assuring client/channel satisfaction to help drive improvements with pricing and billing invoices. This individual must be self-starters, contributing to the development of solutions to market needs, challenge established views at all levels when needed to assure timely project completion, and breaking down barriers, when necessary, to ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities Provide concise weekly status reports for all Finance Data activities as assigned Promote idea generation and collaboration sessions with internal teams Follow process and protocols for data enrichment processes and technologies Communicate data requirements to Product Account Teams Communicate process changes to interfacing / cross functional organizations. Escalate data inconsistencies or issues in a timely manner to avoid “fire drill” mode. Track and log issues to be addressed in retrospectives, suggest process improvements. Effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments. Enforce workflows and business rules to improve the quality and delivery time for data enrichment Enforce SLA's for Finance Data Administration tasks Troubleshoot data related incidents Research and document rules and requirements for the enforcement of secure protocols and data integrity Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned Key Deliverables Activity Status Reports (as needed) Knowledge of Data Policy & Procedures Guide Qualifications Qualities / Skills Self-Directed/Pro-Active Decisive Problem Solver Ability to Influence Others Forward-Looking Adaptability/Flexibility Strong Business Acumen Strong Technical Background Effective Time Management Skills Strong Written and Oral Communications Ability to Multitask Collaborative Style Organized Qualifications 1+ years’ experience in the Prepaid product industry, preferably with some experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data Management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence people and drive decisions. Foster Teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Solid technical background with ability to rapidly learn new product or platform capabilities and apply knowledge to efficient operational procedures / practices. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Skilled at working effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in presenting to C level executives. Ability to explain complex, technical topics to non-technical audiences.
