Basic Job Function:
The Data Analyst regularly creates reports for internal and external customers based on business needs. The Data Analyst works with the team to extract, prepare, validate, and deliver data as required.
Accountabilities:
• Summarizes complex information into customer-friendly reports.
• Absorbs and applies technical information quickly.
• Understands internal data architecture and how it impacts downstream systems.
• Applies data analysis and reporting methods to real-world problems.
• Plans and monitors own work to meet deadlines for high quality data deliveries.
• Communicates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced data delivery environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve, and escalate problems.
• Experience with collaboration software and support ticket tracking systems.
• Data and business analysis skills, including writing and maintaining documentation.
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiar with various data and file types.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
