The primary role of the Data Analyst I involves the collection, analysis, and reporting of data. This data analysis and interpretation will be utilized to make data driven decisions and is imperative in providing guidance, recommendations, and strategic quality decisions as it pertains to Network Optimization. The Data Analyst also informs internal teams on opportunities for continuous improvement, develop cross-functional action plans, implement solutions and monitor results. The Data Analyst must provide leadership and demonstrate the ability to influence management to drive results within and across employee groups over which the Analyst has no direct reporting authority.
