The Optimization and Innovation Specialist I will support the Product Delivery and Consulting  Organization in the areas of Management Information System, automation, and machine learning algorithms, reporting, project management, statistics, and Quality Control.

Basic Job Function:

The incumbent provides support on projects involving data analysis, data hygiene, and data summarization and reporting.

Accountabilities:

1.Application of machine learning algorithms.

2. Responsible for identifying and communicating anomalies.

3. Develops and generates new ad hoc and recurring management reporting.

4. Contributes in the automation of processes, improves new and aging process template based on business need.

5. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.

6. Present useful business information using various data visualization techniques.

7. Partners with Batch Consulting and Analytics Team to assist with the creation of result presentations.

8. Performs Quality Control on incoming and outgoing test files and recurring production files.

9.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance, statistics or equivalent. 0-2 years with preferred industry experience (Collections, Credit, Insurance, Market Research or Direct Marketing).

1. Strong oral and written communication skills

2. Knowledge on machine learning algorithms.

3. MUST Have experience in Data Quality Assurance.

4. Data Analytics Skills particularly Database Management or the likes

5. Strong problem solving skills

6. Knowledge of basic project management principles

7. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)

8. Proficient in statistical programming, data analysis, statistical modelling and data extraction

9. With working knowledge in any Data Visualization or Dashboarding tool (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

10. Knowledgeable in any statistical software environment (Python, R) is a plus

11. Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients

12. Solid time management skills, strict adherence to timelines and attention to detail

13. Self-motivated and able to work independently

14. Automation experience is an advantage.
