The role of the Data Analyst is to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions. The Data Analyst will collect, process, and analyze data, identify trends and patterns in the UK&I Insurance business and communicate findings through reports and visualizations, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make strategic and operational decisions.
Accountabilities
Create creative data visualizations to effectively communicate key information to our stakeholdersDevising and implementing solutions for linking and maintain multiple distinct databasesWork with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate these into technical requirements.Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs and technical standards.Maintain thorough documentation of reports and associated data sourcesTrack and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvementPerform ad-hoc data analysis as required to support specific business questions or projects.Provide support to the analytics team membersOther duties as assignedQualifications / Requirements
