What you’ll be doing:
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Personalization, Merchandising, Marketing products & UX to optimize customer web behaviorTranslate business opportunities & hypothesis from stakeholders into test designsAnalyze test results and ensure that necessary actions are taken to improve site KPI’s and identify any follow-up testDiscover new opportunities for experience optimization by investigating customer behaviorEnsure testing and personalization campaigns are set up properly to deliver planned experiences and provide accurate data collectionBe the subject matter on A/B testing & Personalization, providing consultative support to various stakeholdersUtilize strong analytic skills, business acumen and attention to detail to provide data analysis to assist solving complex business problemsCommunicate insights and suggest improvements based on data and observed trends in order to advance reporting capabilitiesWhat you bring to the table:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
2+ years of A/B testing and analytics experienceOver two years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst2+ years' experience in SQL, Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe AnalyticsWhat’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
