Location: Remote with occasional drop into office in Waltham office. May also need to be present in other US office as required.

The Data Governance Lead Analyst partner closely with the Product Lead to execute several activities, such as defining the new required processes including data requirements (User Roles/Persona, Functionalities and Capabilities) and how the data will be managed, identifying risky assumptions, building the value case, executing change management plans, etc. Larger products will need multiple.

·       Helps to define activities needed for current sprint to meet objectives (e.g., user interviews, experiments, pilots, etc.)

·       Proactively identify riskiest assumptions and support product team in designing and executing experiments to increase confidence in business case assumptions.

·       Define future-state operations solution (process, org change).

·       Implement marketing, sales, business development, user acquisition, and user support strategies
Provide support to product & technical workstreams (e.g., RFP support, stakeholder mgmt., value alignment, IT governance, IT PMO)

Preferred experience:
• Experience with ESRI GIS Pro, GIS Portal, or any of its modules such as ArcFM.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant business experience and working on digital product teams
• Experience designing and refining value case (e.g., financial value to the business, strategic value, etc.)
• At least 2 years working with (or within) utility

Mandatory requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or engineering

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
