Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst II for our Marketing Team. Responsibilities include the development and revision of reporting for customer, prospect, market and production information; conducting analysis to include responsibility for catalog, direct mail, and email performance analysis; developing in-depth customer retention analysis and analysis of sales from new products; working with management to develop in-depth data analysis in written reports or verbal presentations based on researched information.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet Strong analytic skills with experience creating large data sets, spreadsheets and doing independent analysis Bachelor's Degree, preferrably in Marketing, Quantitative Analysis or related field

 

Preferred

3+ years experience in data analysis Experience in Marketing, Market Research or Database Marketing Proficiency in data analysis and data quality software including Business Objects and Data Flux Ability to query/join/transform data in a relational database, interpret the data, analyze results and provide analysis in an actionable form
