Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insights to the business, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization, helping shape strategies by providing data-led insights and conducting extra research where feasible.

Collecting and consolidating insights using quantitative and qualitative research methodsDeveloping data-driven insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and patternsPerforming analytics, modelling, data management, or reporting solutionsContributing to process improvements using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issuesProviding support and guidance to colleagues who may have less experienceRequirements
Have knowledge and experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, customer insights, storytelling and stakeholder communicationBe skilled in using analytics tools and software (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, machine learning)Be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ensure & implement best practices in your area of expertiseHave knowledge of how your area integrates with othersBe able to solve complex problems using existing solutionsQualifications:
3-5years of proven experience in the Data Analytics field. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as, computer science, information technology or any similar courseExpertise in data visualization, cleansing and preparation to ensure data qualityExperience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, Tableau, DBeaver, SQL, Power BI or similar softwareStrong attention to detail ,analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independentlyMust be willing to work on a graveyard shift scheduleAdditional for internal applicants:
