What You’ll Do:Provide best practices and resources for our Enterprise Business Intelligence Tools.Test and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting solutions.Develop innovative reporting solutions.Maintain and expand your business knowledge and customer relationships.Formulate and implement analytic solutions to uncover business trends.Execute routine tasks independently.Take on additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:Field of Study: Data and Analytics, Finance, or Insurance and Risk Management.Availability: Full-time summer intern, starting May 2025.

Preferred Skills and Experience:Proficiency in SQL and Python.Experience with tools like Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel.Report development/design experience (Tableau or Workday).Previous experience in the P&C Insurance industry.Ability to gather requirements from insurance professionals and collaborate with IT to deliver reusable data assets.Testing experience, including verification of financials and other metrics in reports or data marts.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
