This is a part-time, seasonal position. **Position Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in interpreting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing statistical methods and data visualization tools to uncover trends, patterns, and key insights. **Key Responsibilities** + Data Collection and Processing: + Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality. **Data Analysis and Interpretation:** + Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns. + Interpret and communicate findings through clear and concise reports, charts, and dashboards. + Provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making processes. **Data Visualization:** + Develop and design visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. + Present complex data in a clear and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Report Generation:** + Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics. + Automate reporting processes to streamline data delivery and improve efficiency. + Collaboration: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and tailor analyses to meet specific needs. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights. **Continuous Improvement:** + Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis + Propose and implement improvements to data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. + Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. + Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R). + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
