Data Analyst Lead - Marketing Testing

As a data analyst lead on the Attribution and Innovation team, you’ll design robust experiments, analyze data, and deliver insights that drive organizational strategic decisions. In this role, you’ll directly influence key business initiatives and help uncover opportunities for optimization and innovation across the organization. You’ll accomplish this by evaluating A/B testing, multivariate testing strategies, and experiment design. Working independently, you’ll manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new strategies, products, and campaigns.
• Ability to interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights, presenting results in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, statistical significance, power analysis, and confidence intervals.
• Hands-on experience with tools for experiment analysis and reporting (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance analytical rigor and business practicality.

Compensation

• $93,200 - $124,300/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
