We are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f) for our Aircraft Business to join our Airbus Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France.
As a data analyst, you will be part of the Operational Unit Technical Data team. The team is in charge of developing and delivering aircraft documentation, to enable the safe and efficient accomplishment of maintenance and operations of aircraft by our customers (airlines, MRO, lessors).
The Operational Unit Technical Data team main mission is to deliver the complete documentation at aircraft entry into service and to maintain it all along the aircraft life cycle. It is also part of the airworthiness requirements.
To accomplish this mission, the department offers a wide view on Maintenance Documentation and Data Management: from the Design Office who is at the origin of the design and evolution of aircraft design, to the Authoring Domains in charge of documenting their impact in Technical Data products (manuals), to the generation, delivery and management of all documentations including Flight Ops, and to the support to our customers who are operating and maintaining aircraft Systems.
As a data analyst, you will join the Technical Data Assembly & Dispatch department and you will be responsible to:
Drive, analyze and present the performance of the maintenance and engineering and Flight Ops Technical data Assembly & Dispatch processes
Propose action plan to tackle production revisions delays and be ready for increasing number of customers revised in a non-extensible lead-time
Establish the Cost of Non Quality of the Technical Data Assembly & Dispatch processes
Propose process improvements
You will work with the Tech Data stakeholders: Assembly & delivery specialists, Business Application Owners, IT Development Teams, always aiming at rising satisfaction of our customers.
Your challenges:
Consolidate the yearly Performance target with the Head of the Department
Analyze Processes performance by measuring lead-time of all steps (IT or business)
Drive corrective & preventive action plan (process bottlenecks, recurrent issues…) with all Technical Data Production stakeholders (internal or external)
Organize regular performance review with all actors & stakeholders of the Technical Data Revision process
Launch improvement actions in line with Department objectives and monitor theirs relevance & sustainability
Establish & monitor Cost of Non Quality dashboard and drive associated action plan
Ensure IT incident follow-up and track all recurrent issues
Contribute to define impact on process and activities in term of cost, time and quality
Contribute to the Technical Data Operations Domain (SIDO) governance
Ensure regular reporting/communication towards managers & stakeholders
Your boarding pass:
Good knowledge of qlik sense. Being able to code would be a plus;

English level B2
