We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Team!

What do you contribute?

Your path leads you to our newly established, internationally operating department, which contributes to shaping the sustainable mobility of tomorrow with data and AI. Our goal is to understand processes, identify needs, and proactively develop solutions. We also offer consulting and learning opportunities on data and AI so that our teams can optimize their workflows. We act as an interface between Siemens AG's corporate IT and Siemens Mobility's business units.

In your new role, you use your data expertise to solve business challenges and develop innovative approaches. You work closely with internal customers and data teams, advise them, and promote their development in data-related topics. You develop and implement scalable DataOps methods and pipelines to increase the efficiency of data product development. Additionally, you design a modern data architecture that enables secure, high-performance, and sustainable data solutions. You also implement modern CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient deployment and maintenance of data models and processes. You actively participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and knowledge exchange formats. Furthermore, you communicate the team's successes and demonstrate the business value of data-driven solutions.What do you bring?You convince us with a degree in IT, engineering, business, or a related field. You also bring many years of experience with data modeling frameworks such as DataVault, Dimensional Modeling, Kimball, or Inmon. You score points with excellent programming skills in SQL and ideally in Python. Additionally, you have experience with leading cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) as well as data warehouse and analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt). You impress us with your understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and their implementation. Fluent English and ideally German skills round off your profile.What you can expect from us?
