Data Analyst - Maintenance and Operations

Ameresco has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Software (CMMS) Analyst to join our team who is motivated, talented and results driven.  The analyst will be responsible for working with our clients in the implementation of the MaintenancePlanner modules within the AssetPlanner® enterprise asset management software system. The primary role of this individual is to guide and support our clients through each project milestone until the successful launch of their new software is achieved, ensuring that our customers have a seamless transition to AssetPlanner’s Maintenance Modules.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to configure the maintenance modules of the AssetPlanner® system to meet their specifications and business requirements;Guide customers step by step through the entire process;Some of the responsibilities include: data entry, asset records, help to setup CMMS modulesServe as the subject matter expert on the MaintenancePlanner application;Continue to support and provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring that all of their needs are fully met;Accurately and timely documentation, reporting and communicating status internally and externally;Provide customer training and support during the implementation process;Assist internal technical support team on an as needed basis; andPerform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but will consider over 5+ years of SaaS software technology implementation, training and client success experience;5+ years of CMMS or SaaS software is preferred including client success activities of implementation, training, and support.

Additional Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products.Experience with a CMMS System or similar SaaS software product.Experience hosting web-based meetings or conferences.Important Skills: Project Management, Organization, Detail Oriented, Strong Work Ethic.Ability to quickly master new software tools (MaintenancePlanner).Able to understand customer requirements and provide them with the right solution.Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities.Professional with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent relationship building and client success skills.Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment.
