EGIC 24/7 Operations Team is looking for an Operations Manager who will lead this team of and partner with global business to provide exceptional customer experience.
Digital and automation are the backbone of this 24x7 Operations team to drive efficiency and support a scalable model across various business divisions. Hence, this role would require strong collaboration with the EGIC Business Intelligence and Automation Team to build and deploy innovative internal efficiency processes using python, RPA, UiPath, Selenium, PowerBI, PowerApps and other automation tools to drive efficiencies.
One of the key aspects of this role would be to drive 2025 talent strategy working with HR partners as 24x7 Operations Team is the breeding ground for talent to develop people both with technical and commercial mindset for both EGIC internal and external roles within ECOLAB.
Responsibilities
Drive Talent Strategy for the 24x7 Operations Team from hiring, onboarding, and training of members.Work with global and regional stakeholders to transform the current 24x7 Shift activities to more value creation and commercial value delivery at scale.Partner with regional & global ITCs and technical experts to build technical acumen within the EGIC team aligned with “Remote ITC” vision of EGIC.Work with the EGIC Marketing and Value Delivery Teams to deploy premium offerings like Remote Intelligence at scale.Work with Global digital leads to pilot, scale-up and deploy, special projects like Remote Service (Amplify)Partner with HR business partners to drive Humu engagement action items.Lead the workforce plan – head count and talent need of the EGIC operations team aligned with the global business strategy for 24x7 operation needs.Ensure all the services offerings of the 24x7 Teams meets the agreed SLAs, quality, feedback is always at its “World class service – 95+% customer satisfaction”.Develop hi-po talents based on their interest areas and strengths aligned with their development goals (IDPs)Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
