As a Data Analyst on our Product Master Data Management team you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the quality, accuracy, and consistency of our product data. You will support projects to cleanse, and standardize product data across various platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. This team delivers outcomes using SCRUM framework in a collaborative and high-paced environment.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Modify and manage data structures and compatibility logic rules of product models for NI product offerings such as Platform Systems/Advisors, Product Configurators, Accessories, and Software. Perform data analysis and validation to identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies. Conduct regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions as necessary. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data governance and data quality improvement initiatives. Establish and enforce product data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Work with Product Planning and understand technical data specifications to define product model dependencies and compatibility rule logic. Troubleshoot, problem solve, document, and provide technical feedback for issue resolution. Work with cross-functional teams to support web releases for model changes and validate success of releases. Performs data analysis, data gathering and data entry. For This Role, You Will Need: BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, OR equivalent experience. Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in product data management and data governance, preferably within a master data management team or related function. Advanced English level (oral and written). Ability to learn and adapt within a SCRUM/Agile methodology. Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data quality management. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Ability to create and understand SQL data queries. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI. Medium understanding of logical data flow and data structures.
