The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:

 

Role Overview: 

Responsible for developing API integrations for products and services, as well as overseeing product and software reporting and data integration with upstream and downstream systems, support queues, and contractual commitments. Specializes in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide accurate reports, which are shared with other departments to enable informed decision-making.

 

What You Will Do: 

Advanced expertise in PowerBI for extracting data from our GCCH tenant, designing reports, and creating interactive dashboards.Proficient in dashboard development using ServiceNow and PowerBI.Skilled in data analysis to support business decision-making.Expert in Excel and Access, with strong capabilities in creating complex reports using VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros.Experience in developing customized PowerShell scripts for reporting purposes.Adept at analyzing data across multiple platforms to generate reports based on business requirements.Highly proficient in PowerPoint for creating clear and impactful presentations of data insights.Specialized in system-based reporting for specific products, with a focus on consolidation, validation, and API integrations between systems.Experienced in automating manual processes to enhance functionality and streamline workflows.Focused on ensuring cross-platform optimization for data extraction and reporting consistency.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to simplify tasks and improve processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.Actively participates in Office 365 platform testing, offering valuable feedback during early adoption phases.Committed to supporting the entire CNP Team and contributing to the success of all team services.

 

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience1-3 years of experience (Service Now, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI)U.S. Citizen RequiredLocation: REMOTE

 

Qualifications We Prefer:

Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines. Quick to learn new technologies and train others, with excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities. Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments.3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and other reporting tools to track product and service metrics. Energetic, self-motivated, and a positive team player with strong project management skills.Proficient in HTML, SQL, .Net, PowerShell, and familiar with database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB. Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
