A Data Analyst (Research) position is available under the leadership of Dr. Stephen Gruber.

 

As a successful candidate, you will:

Focus on genomic pipeline analysis for tumor and corresponding normal sequencing files.Utilize techniques for survival analysis for prognostic and predictive outcomes. 

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or information management, preferred. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.Experience: 3+ years relevant business experience.

 

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with integration of curated and annotated clinical data in order to quantify clinical associations and outcomes.Development of logistic regression models and survival analyses, including multivariate Cox proportional hazards models.Experience with the analysis of genotype and phenotype data in PLINK.High performance computing cluster workflow pipeline development. Experience refining and deploying machine learning tools. Experience interpreting biologic and informatic literature to apply principles and methods to association data for treatment response and clinical utility will facilitate success in this role.
