**Description**
This role requires an analytical and strategic problem solver who can collect, analyze, derive insights, and offer conclusions and recommendations on data from a variety of sources via internal databases and external tools. This person loves to dig into data to understand an audience’s motivations, behaviors, and attributes in order to help advise marketing strategy. Responsibilities: - Builds easy-to-consume ongoing dashboards and measurement plans; monitors and shares insights at a regular cadence throughout the year - Partners with social team to build ad-hoc analyses such as social listening, audience segmentation, competitive analyses - Present and communicate findings to multi-functional teams and management in order to drive business decisions - Strives to ladder up social critical metrics to broader business objectives
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of Experience with social listening, including audience and sentiment analysis.
+ Experience with social analytics through native and third-party tools for social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Youtube, Sprinklr, Tubular, ListenFirst, Talkwalker, etc.
+ Experience with data visualization/business intelligence tools like Tableau.

+ Self-sufficient, proactive and resourceful, comfortable working autonomously and driving an analytics project from beginning to end.
+ Demonstrated ability to consolidate a variety of data types to build a comprehensive picture of campaign and brand performance and identify optimization opportunities across the user journey.
+ Can strongly communicate a complex graph and distill the business and marketing insight to partners in visual, verbal and written form.
+ Collaborator, creative problem solver…and potential AI user.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
