Support planning, management, and workplace analysis across various strategic initiatives for a specific JLL client, in support of the Portfolio & Strategic planning teamProvide trend, business insights, opportunities, and recommendations based on advanced data analysis as it pertains to the holistic portfolio ecosystemEffectively transform and communicate various streams of workplace data into insightful, understandable recommendations Use available data resources to compile reports, request, and QA dashboards/databasesCollect and summarize data and understand what datasets are needed to help build and inform decisionsDeep understanding of the workplace needs of employees and various business groupsWork with cross-functional teams to collect and organize data with the ability to report findings clearlyIdentify critical data sources and gather relevant informationPresent to various stakeholders at different levels within the organizationReview and ensure that all analyses delivered are accurate and meet deadlinesContribute new ideas and assist senior team members in the research and development of new data sets and dashboardsBuild and maintain continuous reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement Build trusted relationships across all business lines and act as liaisonPerform ad-hoc projects, analytics and provide recommendationsAct as an aggregator for workplace planning activities, business insights, and portfolio data.Knowledge where employee experience and workplace (space/place) come togetherBuild and present data that is tailored to specific audiencesExperience and Qualifications
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Visi, etc)Experience working with SQLExperience working with IWMS/CAFM software applications (Archibus, Serraview, Tririga, etc.)Experience with Data Management, specifically working with HR/organizational data and Real Estate space related data preferredAbility to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverablesOutstanding computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is requiredSelf-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLocation:
