People Analytics uses ASML’s employee data to enable you, as HR or as a managers manager, in making the right, daily and long-term decisions. They generate insights by enriching people data from different sources and connecting these by using an appropriate ‘insights methodology’. On the long term, they aim to play an even bigger role in making strategic decisions by using advanced technology like AI and creating more user-friendly dashboards.
We are currently making steps to mature in our data governance expertise. As an intern HR data quality, you bring value by assisting with a variety of tasks that are integral to the organization's HR data governance efforts.
Key deliverables include:
Data documentation: you will support the team on the documentation of our data model, data assets and definitions to create consistency through-out the company;
Data quality control: quality of data is a key aspect of providing the right HR data in our data warehouse. You will support the existing processes and help set up new controls;
Data Privacy Compliance: Helping to ensure that the organization's data handling practices comply with data privacy regulations and standards;
Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the HR and IT teams will create the most comprehensive data governance framework that fits the overall data governance strategy of the company.
This is a bachelor internship for minimum 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.
Your profile
To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:
Have a background in data or business related field, e.g. data science, computer science, information systems, data management or a communication and/or HR study combined with a strong interest in the data and/or privacy field.
Have experience with data literacy, understanding the principles of data collection, data processing, and data management;
Are proactive, hands on and independent thinker that likes to get things done;
Have a professional communication and documentation in English: can explain and present technical matters within the team;
Have internal drive for efficiency and able to work disciplined and accurate.
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
