About the Role
Data Analytics is responsible to utilize data-driven insights to support and enhance strategic decision-making within the organization. The individual in this role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help guide business strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and forecast future trends. This position will work closely with senior leadership to ensure data insights are aligned with operations & company goals, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation across the company.Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze complex datasets from various internal and external sources to generate actionable insights.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate trends and findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals, providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement or adjustment.Conduct Operations research and analyze customer behavior to for Operations business strategy.Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data while adhering to data governance policies.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategic planning.Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Phyton, Tableau, Excel).Proven knowledge & delivery working with structured & unstructured data with a diverse set of data technologies: Databricks, Azure Data Factory & etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.Experience in supporting strategic business decisions through data insights.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
