Responsibilities Collects, manages, monitors, and analyzes key performance metrics across all facets of the enterprise with the goal of improving business performance. Works with management teams to develop performance measurement frameworks. Analyzes data and uses analysis to create compelling and actionable data stories to share with key stakeholders to drive decisions. Ensures data and analysis quality and accuracy. Serves as ambassadors for analytics, supporting cross-functional teams to improve and interpret data. Collects, manages, and provides department/division reports. Produces and distributes scheduled reports. Supports and coordinates ad-hoc report requests. Manages data quality. Acts as a liaison with technology regarding maintenance of database systems. Provides support to various projects/analysis by gathering data and presenting results. Evaluates existing engagement programs to identify improvements and to measure outcomes. Analyzes and tests current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency. Collects data, performs root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions according to the current and future needs of the business. Assists in the development and delivery of training programs or presentations and recommends program revisions. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or an analytical role linking strategy to measurement, with proficiency in Power BI and Telephony data structures. Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively. Strong project management skills to coordinate across groups and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Critical thinker with problem-solving and facilitation skills, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in addressing challenges. Collects, analyzes, and manages performance metrics, creating actionable data stories for stakeholders to improve business outcomes. Ensures data accuracy, quality, and reporting while supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining database systems. Evaluates and enhances engagement programs and processes, performing root cause analysis and proposing solutions. Bachelor’s degree required (business or economics preferred); PMI certification is a plus. AARP will not sponsor an employment visa for this position at this time.
