The Data Analytics and Reporting Lead is responsible for delivering data analytics functionality directly sourced from the Modernized System, including, but not limited to, dynamic, static and ad-hoc operational reporting and dashboard capabilities. This position will work closely with the State’s Data Analytics and Reporting Manager.

\n

 

\n

Required Qualifications:

\n\n A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in software development on a large, complex automated systems development project similar in size and scope.\n A minimum of five (5) years of experience with systems analysis and design with an emphasis on data analytics and reporting.\n A minimum of five (5) years of experience working directly with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements.\n A minimum of three (3) years developing reporting design and data mapping documentation based on requirements.\n\n

Technical Skills:

\n\n Power BI\n SSRS\n SSIS\n SQL Server 2022\n\n

Recommended Qualifications:

\n\n Bachelor’s degree.\n Data Analytics and Reporting Certification\n An in-depth understanding of Child Support Program objectives and requirements, federal rules and regulations governing the Child Support Program, federal performance reporting, data reliability audits, and systems requirements.\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250.00- $125,000.
