Job Description

This role is responsible for designing and delivering insightful, moderately complex analyses and reports to empower business partners across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in data acquisition, processing, visualization, and automation enabling them to provide actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making. Their work will directly support the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring that stakeholders have the information needed to make effective and timely decisions.

Perform data collection and management and ensure data integrity and readiness for analysisSupport the reporting and analysis strategyPerform spend analysis and data modelingPerform and then provide analysis of process reportsPerform analyses using large datasets and multiple data sourcesDefine company data assets and manage and improve existing reporting systemsAssist in preparing compliance-related reports and procedural documentationDevelop custom reports for customers and provide management supportDevelop data reports and dashboard visualizationsDevelop, maintain, and innovate data dashboards visualization and applicationsContribute to various and simultaneous process efficiency to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity; produce data quality reports for decision makingEscalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.Propose alternatives in identified issues and assist in investigating and in resolving common and unusual issues.Participate in audit-related activities.Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.

QualificationsCandidates must be open for the night shift schedule (9pm to 6am MNL Time).Candidates must be open to hybrid set-up (AECOM's Freedom to Grow initiative).Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (required).Knowledge of SQL and SharePoint is preferred.Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in Quantitative field, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering Information Technology, or other relevant fields3 to 4 years relevant experience requiredExperience in delivering analysis and reportingHighly proficient at working with large data sets and associated toolsExperience with ETL toolsDemonstrated aptitude for analytics to find opportunities and drive resultsExtensive knowledge of research and analysis for a business setting.
