MLS Analyst, MLS Integrations

The MLS Analyst, Anywhere MLS Integrations is responsible for driving the execution of three-way MLS agreements between outside vendors, Brand Brokers, and various MLSs. The Analyst will ensure that all MLS feeds are in compliance to prevent data loss, as well as manage payments for these feeds. This position will serve as an MLS Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will share their knowledge with temporary workers assisting in the launch of new products.

What You'll Do 

Initiate and cultivate strong communication with Real Estate Brokers for information verification. Strong attention to detail. Coordinate with MLSes, brokers and vendors to facilitate timely execution of three-way agreements. Maintain excellent records, both current progress and paperwork.

What You Bring

Associates degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related discipline 2+ years digital product support experience in a customer service role Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to change gears quickly to support different customers and products Able to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed Must be well-organized, process/detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects/issues simultaneously  Customer-focused and delivery-oriented Excellent work ethic and a tendency to go above and beyond, can do attitude Team player and an excellent communicator who can work with a variety of people at various levels throughout the company Ability to work collaboratively as a team member Can work autonomously, proactively identifying and impacting opportunities while also identifying and resolving issues Ability to multi-task, prioritize, perform under pressure, and be flexible with changing business needs  Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines Technologically proficient with a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Airtable a plus.
