As a Data Analytics Automation professional within our Asset Management Derivatives team , you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment

Job responsibilities

• Build Business Intelligence Automation solutions to provide data insights for the global AM Derivatives team consisting of Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Operations and Technology teams. 

• Develop and enhance Alteryx workflows using multiple data sources and formats to meet business requirements. 

• Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards to meet end-user requirements. 

• Design, execute and document comprehensive test plans to ensure components and end-to-end solutions are robust, performant, scalable and fully automated. • Follow best development practices and ensure full compliance to the firm’s SDLC governance.

• Streamline development by leveraging and building libraries of reusable components.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence teams. 

• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and SQL. 

• Experience in reporting development and testing, working with diverse unstructured data sources. 

• Effective problem solver with the ability to solve technical challenges and ensure solutions meet business requirements. 

• Self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills. 

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in MS Excel. 

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills 

• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence. 

• Skilled in Python programming. 

• Knowledge of Derivatives products and financial markets.
