About the Role

You’ll be at the forefront of HEINEKEN’s data transformation, working with a passionate, innovative team committed to driving analytics excellence. You’ll have access to world-class resources and opportunities for continuous learning and development.
As a key ambassador for the D&A team, you’ll lead the way in standardising, scaling, and optimising analytics across HEINEKEN. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, your role is to bring data strategies to life by:
Establishing a vibrant D&A community: Build a strong network of data colleagues across the business. Through forums, workshops, and training programmes, you’ll encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing, fostering innovation and driving alignment with our goals. Creating a centralised D&A repository: Own and manage a user-friendly platform that combines all analytics resources, templates, and playbooks into one standardised location. Ensure consistency, accessibility, and continuous engagement with our D&A tools. Guiding D&A governance and standards: Drive the adoption of our D&A Transformation Golden Rules, ensuring compliance across teams and embedding best practices into workflows. Building analytics capabilities: Foster and enhance high-value analytics expertise with a user-centric approach, empowering teams with a full spectrum of analytics skills—from Power BI reporting to advanced techniques such as machine learning and predictive analytics. Leading change management: Design and execute change strategies to ensure the seamless integration of new D&A practices, tools, and methodologies.
This is a dynamic role that will evolve as HEINEKEN progresses through its data and analytics transformation journey.

Our ways of working
This role is office based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days.
