As the Data & Analytics (D&A) Deployment Lead for Digital Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data and analytics strategies that drive North America Pet Nutrition's digital transformation. Working with cross-functional teams, you will lead the development of world-class data and analytics solutions that create sustainable value, optimize key business functions, and help achieve the company's ambitious growth goals. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex challenges to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
What are we looking for?
15+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in consumer-centric marketing, media, retail sales, or revenue growth management.Bachelor's degree required.Proven track record in managing the end-to-end delivery of analytics products, including translating business needs into actionable data solutions.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence teams, manage complex projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration.Expertise in data governance, data engineering, and analytics domains, with a solid understanding of technology stacks and trade-offs.Nice-to-haves:
Practitioner experience in supply chain management and operations.Strong storytelling and communication skills, particularly in educating non-technical stakeholders.What will be your key responsibilities?
