Data & Analytics Developer

As our Data & Analytics Developer, you will join our Strategy & Management Office within Global Operations.

The team you will be part of

At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you report to the Senior Manager of Data & Analytics in Global Operations, Mads Krarup.

As part of an innovative and collaborative team, you will support functional areas across our supply chain with data models and dashboards to ensure operational and tactical decision-making.

Our goal is to enhance the performance, quality, and user experience of our analytical assets, empowering business teams to access timely and accurate information for decision-making supporting the strategy in Global Operation.

You’ll work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and IT to ensure our data solutions align with business needs, ultimately advancing our self-service paradigm by providing analytical products centered around core dimensions, metrics, and KPIs.

As part of Global Operations, our team is diverse, with members from various nationalities and located cross the world – and we operate in a hybrid work environment. Our daily communication language is English. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Develop and manage analytical assets (data models and reporting) that are reused across the organization.

Define and implement best practices covering topics such as data modelling, data directory, row-level security, performance optimization, data monitoring, and orchestration.

Bridge the gap between business and IT through communication across teams to minimize data downtime.

Scope projects and manage your workstream activities while keeping stakeholders informed.

Innovate with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks and become our specialist in using new technology components to enhance our ways of working.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you

A higher educational background at a bachelor’s level within Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or other relevant field of study.

Bring at least three years of experience in data & analytics, either in consulting or within the industry.

Can advise and coach colleagues across different functional areas.

Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can prioritize appropriately.

Have a structured and diligent work approach.

Have proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, and front-end tools like Power BI (our tool of choice) or Tableau and possess an understanding of dimensional modelling,

Think holistically across the entire data supply chain and can improve fragile setups by collaborating both "upstream" and "downstream".

Having certifications such as Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer DP-600 or Power BI Data Analyst Associate PL-300 would be beneficial.

A rational approach to thinking.

A capable project-, and stakeholder manager able to collaborate across organizational functions and levels.

Ability to communicate in English.

Capable of working as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
