We are seeking a Data Analytics DoD Business Analyst with SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP ECC, and MS Power Platform experience to support the Army FM community during SSO-DAR’s migration to MS Power Platform (DAR powered by ARES), ensuring effective business process analysis, data integration, and project management.

Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with Army stakeholders to capture and document business processes, translating them into functional specifications. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to ensure a smooth transition into new infrastructure (DAR powered by ARES). DoD Financial Systems Knowledge: Apply knowledge of DoD financial systems (such as GFEBS) to assist with integration and ensure compliance with Army FM data requirements. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specifications, and status updates on assigned work. Change Management: Support training and communication strategies, and user transition plans to ensure a smooth transition. Test & Validation: Assist in creating and executing test plans, ensuring new systems meet requirements and data accuracy is maintained. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field5-7 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or a related fieldProficient in SAP BW, SAP ECC, MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps), and data integration/mappingStrong business process analysis, documentation, project execution, and communication skills requiredMust be able to work collaborativelyActive SECRET or TOP SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
