Job Summary

The Data Analytics Engineer I will be responsible to drive process optimization through the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions. The Data Analytics Engineer I will also coordinate problem-solving processes to identify and prioritize solutions ensuring and measuring business impact. The Data Analytics Engineer I Performs advanced analysis to support projects and diagnostics generating and maintaining KPI´s for tracking productivity, develop dashboards and process maps.

Responsibilities:

Understand overall business needs and “Translate” into advanced modelling mechanismsTurn prototypes and concepts into working dashboards and analytical modelsCoordinate problem solving sessions with subject matter experts and data scientists to create and improve analytics modelsDrive mindset within the organizationBuild dashboards with effective user interfacesDevelop Business Process Mapping

Requirements:

Bachelor´s Degree (Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science preferred)At least 10 years prior experience in procurement or supply chain processesMore than 3 years experience as Data Analytics Engineer Operations/Business environment with proven success track recorExperience with SAP FIORIExperience with implementation of dashboards and reporting for Advanced Planning Systems projects (Demand & Supply Planning)Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Experience in working with large datasets (SQL / Snowflake) preferred Experience in codding (Phyton)Experience in working with Tableau/PBI (preferred)Advanced English2-3 years experience in project management (Waterfall & Agile)

Business Translator Advanced Data Scientist Basic and Advanced6 sigma Green Belt (Preferred)
