We are hiring a detail-oriented and data-driven Analytics Intern to join our dynamic Sales Operations Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in cleansing, uploading, and maintaining data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems and platforms. Additionally, you will generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies. This position is expected to start January 2025 and continue through the entire Spring 2025 term (through April 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.

In This Role\nUtilize data cleansing, profiling, and quality assessment techniques to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data \nAssist with the preparation and loading of data into various systems, ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruption \nCollaborate closely with the Master Data, Product Information teams and other departments to address data-related challenges and support key business initiatives \nContribute to the development and implementation of data quality metrics and KPIs helping to monitor and measure the effectiveness of our data management efforts \nLearn and apply new tools and techniques, enhancing your technical skills and industry knowledge \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team   \nOther duties as assigned by Management \n

The Ideal Person\nCurrently pursuing a Degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a similar discipline \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail \nProficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP formulas) \nUnderstanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation is a plus \nFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI is a plus \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams \nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment \nCommitment to continuous learning and professional development \n
