The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:

RTX has an opening for a Director, Data Analytics Leader – ERP Program (Director, Business Systems and Transformation) role.

Lead a large team of 20-25 Data Engineers, BI and BW/HANA Platform Specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Foster a collaborative working environment, ensuring that team members have clear roles, responsibilities, and goals for the project.Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure on-time, high-quality data migration deliverables.Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on the progress, challenges, and successes of data analytics initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Strategy Development:

Build and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy that integrates data from legacy systems, SAP S/4HANA, and boundary systems for holistic reporting and analytics capabilities.

Data Integration & Harmonization:

Lead efforts to integrate, harmonize, and secure data from multiple systems, ensuring a seamless flow of information across legacy, S/4, and boundary systems.

Business Warehouse for S/4:

Oversee the setup and configuration of the Business Warehouse (BW) for SAP S/4HANA to support enterprise reporting needs.

Snowflake Platform Management:

Manage the integration of ERP and boundary system data into the Snowflake platform, optimizing it for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analytics professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability to deliver high-quality results.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with business leaders, functional SMEs, data architects, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.

Data Security & Compliance:

Ensure that data analytics efforts comply with data security, privacy, and compliance regulations, particularly when handling sensitive or regulated data.

Reporting & Analytics Delivery:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support decision-making across the organization.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, scalability, and usability of data analytics solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Innovation & Best Practices:

Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and ERP to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Minimum 14+ years’ experience leading a large team of people and managing complex data analytics projects in enterprise environments and a bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 12+ years’ related work experience.Experience in data analytics, with a focus on ERP systems and enterprise-level reporting solutions.Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Business Warehouse (BW) and data integration strategies.Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms.Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualification We Prefer:

Expertise in data integration, data security, and harmonization techniques for legacy and modern systems.Experience with data governance, compliance, and data privacy regulations.Experience with advanced analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Familiarity with data transformation and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
