We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities and achieving operational insights by managing, maintaining and evolving their analytics platforms and ecosystems. We help our clients maximize the value of their investment focusing on continuous improvement of their analytics solutions such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:
Demonstrates extensive level of abilities as follows
Trains junior team members to develop skills;
Understanding of Service layer testing to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD;
Ability to lead a POD or Capability responsible for client delivery;
Working on Automation testing tool using Tricentis TOSCA, Microfocus UFT, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Perfecto;
Expertise in the use of test management tools e.g. ALM, qTest, JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.;
Demonstrate effective automation testing skills with Test Automation tools like TOSCA, UFT and able to manage test automation scripts design and implementation;
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Proven track record in projects in an international environment;
Experience in test effort estimates;
Performing Mobile testing and Automation framework development using JAVA and Selenium Automation for a minimum of 5 years;
Exposure to testing ERP such as SAP and/ or Oracle;
Expertise in test plan definition (for complex integrated solutions);
Experience in non-functional testing management;
Ability to see tasks through to the end and meet tight deadlines, taking responsibility for their completion and maintaining quality throughout;
Confident with working in a fast-paced environment;
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments; and,
Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships at any level.
