Your impact
As a Professional Services Consultant specializing in data analytics platforms at OpenText, you will play a critical role in enabling our customers to achieve their digital transformation goals. Your expertise in Content Processing will be pivotal in installing and configuring tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements. By collaborating with key technical stakeholders and management, you will ensure our products and solutions deliver maximum business benefits. Your work will involve designing and architecting high-availability, low-latency systems, integrating features within the wider system, and maintaining and supporting live systems to optimize delivery patterns and achieve seamless deployments.

What you need to succeed
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#/Java, .NET Core, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash), and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). Experience with Agile working practices, CI/CD tooling, ELK (Elastic stack), JavaScript, Cypress, Linux, and search engine technologies like Elasticsearch.
- Qualifications: The successful candidate must already hold high level Security Clearance and maintain it. “
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, secure government operations, and working in cross-organization environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent team-working skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and make rational decisions considering relevant risks.
