Data & Analytics Platform Engineer
Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a contract opening for a Data & Analytics Platform Engineer. They have over 4 million customers and 5,000+ employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs.

Location: ** While the position is Remote, work from home, you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Contract Duration: 10+ Months

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or related role, with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics. Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports. Strong understanding of web and mobile application tracking, tagging methodologies, and data governance. Experience in writing detailed tracking specifications and collaborating with development teams for implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business units and present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Adobe Enterprise experience, with Customer Journey Analytics Basic to Intermediate Java Scrip Understanding
What You Will Be Doing Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for product owners. Collaborate with product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into tracking specifications and analytics solutions. Design and implement tracking strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals. Analyze user behavior, trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, offering guidance and training to stakeholders as needed. Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of analytics solutions. Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations effectively through both written reports and verbal presentations.
