The Data Analytics Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks across the loan sourcing processes and systems with a focus on data to streamline knowledge across the end-to-end data lifecycle. Key duties include data discovery, data lineage, data profiling, data flow management and process documentation, data requirements, operational reporting, and analytics.
Our ImpactOur team is responsible for Data Management Activities for shared assetsProvide information on data for the business to consume and improve their businessYour Impact:Understand data lineage across multiple applications to optimally communicate data impacts for upstream and downstream consumers.
Change Management activities to support Tech Lead which include identification of system enhancements, prioritization of defects, and support testing and business validations for deployments.
Baseline support including user and counterparty lifecycle management, assisting with customer escalations, and supporting internal business partners with customer access questions.
Production Support which includes resolving identified issues, providing impact analysis, and identifying necessary updates to prevent future cases.
Data and Reporting activities which include executing Data Management controls, supporting Data Management reporting processes, and development and testing for Access Management tools.
Creating and managing access policies for all datasets onboarded into Stratus.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time with accurate information requiring limited oversight.
Facilitate and prepare for meetings including crafting agendas, develop meeting materials, scribe meeting minutes and outline action items and next steps.
Interact and communicate effectively with key Business and IT partners at all levels.
Qualifications:College Degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred
Typically has 2 - 4 years related experience
Ability to quickly learn new software applications and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes
Ability to operate as a self-motivated, pro-active, and result-driven problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to understand IT business processes and management objectives
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, SQL, JSON/XML , Python
Understanding of Cloud technology (AWS) and data management (Data Lake, Datawarehouse)
Ability to understand Business Requirements, participate in Requirements analysis while considering overall impacts from changes from suppliers or impacts to consumers brought about by change
Keys to Success in this Role:Works under minimal direction. Quick learner of new technologies and tools and able to provide technical guidance to the team and team members
Develop procedures, job aids and knowledge articles to help users better understand how to use systems and execute processes
Proactive in nature with business and partner satisfaction as primary goal with strong presentation, writing and oral communications skills
Cultivate and manage relationships across multiple Single-Family departments, including Operations application or business process
Interact and communicate effectively with key business and IT partners at all levels

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
