High-level knowledge of data management, analytics, open data, data sharing challenges, political sensitivities concerning data; general business knowledge of what Executive Agencies do; ability to facilitate work across multiple agencies, vendors and universities; ability to navigate the political landscape
Candidate needs technical background/skills so they can manage the program, however, this is definitely not a technical role. 
Will work at both VITA offices (downtown Richmond and Chester) as well as the Governor's office downtown Richmond.
