**About the Role** The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Members of the Data & Analytics team in Uber's Community Operations organization deliver analytical solutions, such as reports or dashboards, and actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, enable scalable customer support, and help our operational teams drive a world-class customer experience. **What you'll do** 1. Conceptualize and build intermediate reports & dashboards 2. Identify trends in data sets & operational weaknesses 3. Support business deep dives on data and insights generation 4. Help measure the impact of new processes 5. Perform business deep dives on data and insights generation 6. Build statistical tools & models to aid decision-making 7. Automate reports & dashboards 8. Support questions from requesters 9. Mentor and train team members **What you'll need** 01. 1+ years of work experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Statistical analysis or related experience 02. Advanced SQL Skills - you will be expected to write clean, functioning and accurate queries 03. Knowledge in Python or similar programming languages. 04. Proficient in one or more visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.) 05. Strong communication skills (excellent written and spoken English) and attention to detail; accuracy is a must! 06. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions 07. Ability to deliver end-to-end projects right from ideation to final execution 08. Understanding of statistical fundamentals 09. Experience working with data pipelines and query optimization 10. Knowledge in Python or similar programming languages. 11. Creative problem solving: you don’t give up on the first attempt. Rather, you explore multiple possibilities to solve a problem.
