Data Analytics Supervisor

Job Summary

As the Data Analytics Supervisor for DuraServ's National Accounts Department, you will assume a pivotal role in leading data analysis initiatives aimed at enhancing both internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations for National Accounts, you will leverage your advanced analytical skills and deep understanding of data to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence within the department.


In this role, you will: 

Strategic Data Analysis and Assurance Leadership: Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from diverse sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic objectives.KPI and Scorecard Optimization: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and scorecards, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.Performance Dashboard Development: Design and manage comprehensive performance metrics and dashboards, providing real-time visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making.Advanced Data Visualization: Develop sophisticated reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization.Strategic Recommendations: Generate detailed reports and strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize departmental operations and policy adherence.Customer Insights Analysis: Analyze customer scorecards and data, identifying strategic insights to support senior management decision-making.Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Proactively identify opportunities for operational optimization through rigorous data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Predictive Analytics and Forecasting: Apply advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to forecast trends and anticipate challenges in National Accounts operations.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex data findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.Ad Hoc Analysis and Decision Support: Respond promptly to ad hoc data analysis requests, providing timely insights to support critical decision-making processes.

Education and Experience 

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in a Data Analyst role, demonstrating a strong record of impactful data-driven decision-making.Experience in managing teams or direct reports, with a track record of effective leadership and mentorship in a professional setting.High proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, and SQL, and advanced expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI. Familiarity with the National Accounts industry is advantageous.
