Job Summary
As the Data Analytics Supervisor for DuraServ's National Accounts Department, you will assume a pivotal role in leading data analysis initiatives aimed at enhancing both internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations for National Accounts, you will leverage your advanced analytical skills and deep understanding of data to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence within the department.

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in a Data Analyst role, demonstrating a strong record of impactful data-driven decision-making.Experience in managing teams or direct reports, with a track record of effective leadership and mentorship in a professional setting.High proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, and SQL, and advanced expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI.
