Job Description

You will report to the Talent Management Director and join our D2C business. You will also have a technical rotation manager, who will be one of the following: Director of Analytics, Analytics Consulting Manager, Lead Analyst, or Sr. Manager of Data Architecture.

Responsibilities:

Complete two 6-month, customized rotations across our business groupsGet hands-on experience with the latest technical environments, programming languages, and developmentReceive 1:1 mentorship from Senior Engineers and a Career Development CoachVisibility to Senior LeadershipFocus on personalized growth and development

Start date for the program is June 2025

QualificationsGraduated in December 2024 or April 2025 with a BS or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics or an equivalent fieldAn interest in increasing knowledge and exposure to data structures, quality and patternsFamiliarity with SQL, Alteryx, and/or TableauKnowledge with credit analytics, consumer finance or consumer platforms a beneficial

This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
