Data and Process Analyst in Office Print Alliance Organization

This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. What a College Intern – Data and Process Analyst in Office Print Alliance Organization does at HP:

Supports the organization with data archiving/retrieval/reporting/analysis and process optimization: Work with functional experts to understand Alliance Team platforms, content/legal records, records management processes and challenges to drive process improvements and/or support the development of new platform solutions for content and records management to improve business management and insights capabilities.Generate actionable insights from data and process optimization for use in negotiations with Alliance partner.  Process optimization will include exploration of AI solutions.Supports compliance with HP Corporate Records Management policy for the Office Print Alliance organization: Clearly understands legal compliance requirements for records management. Optimizes process to drive organization-wide consistency in records retrieval, filing, classification and transfer processes for active & inactive records. Manages and accesses records through the HP records content management tool.  Develops and delivers training and instructions to key personnel as required.


Education and Experience Required :

Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2025, and not require sponsorship in the future.

BusinessBusiness or Data Analytics


Preferred Knowledge and Skills:  

Collaborative spirit with a growth and innovative mindset.Proficiency with learning new tools and systems used in data management, process optimization and training delivery.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS O365 toolset and knowledgeable on O365 development tools


 Full-time Summer Intern + potential option for continued Part-time, up to 15 hours per week during the school year

The pay range for this position is $21.85 to $34.20 per hour (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
