Summary of This RoleDeveloping, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems
Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues
Designing and developing metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions.
Build new reports and modify existing ones
Will maintain ITSM dashboards; including troubleshooting and resolving dashboard report issues
Collaborate with support teams to automate reporting; host information gathering sessions with end users to collect requirements for new reports
Responsible for prioritizing, planning and executing multiple projects to support a variety of stakeholders
Drive reporting automation initiatives
What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications
Experience working in an ITIL driven organization:
1-2 years of applicable work experience in a similar role or working with reporting and data analysis
1-2 years of experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
2 years experience using business intelligence reporting tools
Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools
Experience with Tableau, Crystal Reports, Excel, and Google Sheets
Demonstrated ability in excellent communication skills to include written and oral with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
