Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Data and Technology Specialist to join our People Technology team, which sits in the wider People team. This role is based in Singapore and focuses on supporting and optimizing our people (HR) systems, primarily Workday. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of integrations, reporting, and security frameworks while also building new integrations as business needs evolve.

This is a unique opportunity to join Europe’s most valuable fintech company at a pivotal time in evolving our global People technology, automation and data capability. Keeping a customer first mindset, you’ll be working closely with our People Technology Lead (Senior System Architect) in building, designing, delivering and maintaining Workday and all other People Systems across Wise.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrations Management:
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing integrations across the HR system landscape.
Design, develop, and deploy new integrations as required, leveraging Workday Extend or other relevant tools.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrations meet business requirements and are scalable.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain robust reports and dashboards to support HR and business operations.
Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems for meaningful insights and decision-making.
Security and Compliance:
Manage user access and role-based permissions within Workday and related systems.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance, and industry regulations.
Conduct regular audits to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
Provide training and support to HR and other stakeholders on system functionalities.
Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices to leverage new features effectively.
Qualifications
You’re a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore. Please note that we are unable to sponsor visas for this role.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience with Workday as the primary HR system of record, including Workday Extend or Composite reporting.
Strong understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, XML, XSLT, EIBs).
Proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization techniques within Workday.
Experience:
Experience in HR systems, data management, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience in managing integrations, system configurations, and security in a SaaS environment.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday certifications in integrations, security, or reporting.

Salary: From SGD 6,100 - 7,275 + RSUs
