**About the Role:**
As a Data and Technology Support Analyst, you will be a key member of the account team, responsible for the delivery and maintenance of data quality metrics, dashboards, automation as well as core systems administration for CBRE Client – a large multinational corporation.
This position gives you opportunity to grow analytics, reporting and digital development competences, implement process excellence and innovations for the leader in real estate services cooperating with the group of experts and talents around the globe.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assuring data integrity, data quality and effective reports validation.
+ Act as subject matter expert for key systems and processes.
+ Administration and support for the core tools, such as SharePoint workflow tools, MS Forms,ValueTrack.
+ Evaluate integration and performance of various tools and advising on best practices and automations.
+ Understand tools usage (such as Ms Forms or Sharepoint), provide actionable insights for optimising functionalities and user experience
+ Develop and deliver training to ensure teams understand the tools and best practices.
+ Ensure adherence to data governance frameworks to maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the business intelligence lifecycle.
+ Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify issues, recommend corrective actions.
+ Make sure BAU service is delivered as well as it is supported by proper documentation and processes.
+ Work in a matrix organization between, Client, account, and various digital and technology teams.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must.
+ Advanced Excel skills.
+ Data Quality Management: Hands-on experience in conducting data quality assessments, identifying data integrity issues, and implementing solutions to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
+ Familiarity with Data Management Tools: using data governance and quality tools (e.g., data profiling, data cleansing software) to monitor and improve data quality metrics.
+ Collaborative Experience: Experience working with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data management standards and best practices.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
+ Working experience in SharePoint, workflow experience, and Power Apps,
+ Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly.
+ Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects).
